Start with a tape measure, not a spec sheet
Every one of these robots “works in restaurants.” What separates them in a small one is the narrowest gap it must clear a hundred times a night. The manufacturer-published minimums:

For context, an ADA accessible route in a US restaurant is 36 in (~91 cm) of continuous clear width (per the US Access Board), so any of the four fits your public aisles. The failure points are everywhere ADA doesn’t reach: the wait-station gap, the corner by the POS, the kitchen door. Pudu’s own BellaBot guide adds numbers worth stealing for any brand: kitchen entrances should be wider than 1.2 m, two robots passing head-on need 1.6 m, and a parked robot wants ~35 cm of side clearance at its dock — dock space is real floor space in a 40-seat room.

- BellaBot / BellaBot Pro ($15,900–16,000, or $335/mo RaaS at RobotLAB) — the guest-facing personality, 4 trays / 40 kg, but the widest body of the Pudu pair and a 65 cm minimum. Wants flat, dry floors with slopes under 5° and bumps under 1 cm — check your kitchen threshold.
- Servi Plus ($13,990 or $293/mo RaaS at RobotLAB) — the operations pick: 88 lbs across four trays or bus tubs, handles ADA ramps and ½-inch thresholds, and Bear’s field team does a site and network survey at install (it needs solid Wi-Fi; Bear can provide a standalone network). Same 65 cm minimum as the BellaBot, and at 136.7 lbs it’s the heaviest thing in the room.
How to actually choose
Measure your tightest pinch point first. Under ~60 cm, the KettyBot Pro is the only option on this page; 59–65 cm opens the T10; at 65 cm+ all four compete and price takes over.
Then decide what the robot is for. Pure food-running in a small room: the Servi Plus lease at $293/mo is the cheapest verified way in, and bus-tub clearing earns its keep at lunch. Tightest budget owning outright: the T10 at $9,995 with the 23.8-inch ad screen as a bonus revenue surface. One robot that greets at the door and runs food — the genuinely small-venue combo — is the KettyBot Pro’s whole pitch.
Our verdict
For most small restaurants: KettyBot Pro if your aisles are the constraint or you want the greeter-plus-runner combo; Servi Plus if a 65 cm path exists and economics rule (lowest lease, biggest carry). The T10 wins on purchase price alone, and the BellaBot is the charmer that earns its space only once the room is wide enough that charm, not clearance, is the deciding factor.
